For weddings and events where the music deserves a little character, Reuben Ryan brings folk guitar, vocals and a repertoire that moves from blues stompers and jazz ballads to Billie Eilish and Justin Bieber. Live looping adds rhythmic layers to his solo performances, giving familiar songs a different feel.
Reuben’s experience began with his first paid gig at just ten years old, performing in a family band. Since then, he has played weddings, parties and live stages as both a solo artist and alongside other musicians. That breadth of experience sits behind a style grounded in traditional musicianship and open to something new.
