Making Moves brings a DJ and live musicians together for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations. Their lineup combines DJ sets with live vocals, guitar, trumpet and percussion to keep the dancefloor moving.
Featuring Joanna, Joey and Chris, Making Moves draws on hundreds of shows, tours and events across Australia and internationally. Their mix of live performance and DJ tracks brings a vibrant sound to a wide range of musical styles.
For the quieter moments, meet Joanna and Joey — our acoustic duo, with an expanded trio option for a fuller live sound. Ideal for ceremonies, drinks receptions and relaxed music before the DJ Band takes over.
Making Moves’ pop-led repertoire draws on soul, funk, R&B, disco and rock, with favourites from Dua Lipa and Bruno Mars through to ABBA and Stevie Wonder.
