Fronted by MaryAnne ‘Mac’ McCormack, The MAC Project pairs a warm, engaging stage presence with accomplished live and session musicians. From relaxed cocktail sets to a full dance floor, they tailor the music to your guests and the atmosphere you want to create.
A graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Art, Mac brings experience across music, theatre and screen, alongside international performances. Her expressive vocals sit at the heart of the band’s sound, supported by musicians whose collective credits include work with Kimbra, Gotye and Pharoahe Monch.
The MAC Project has performed at the Australian Open, Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix, Spring Racing Carnival and AFL events. Their experience also includes corporate celebrations for Macquarie Bank, Mirvac and Victoria Racing Club, and performances at Melbourne favourites Republica, Captain Baxter, The Smith and The Prahran Hotel.
