From Small Town, USA to big stages in Tokyo, and now Australia. Andrew’s powerful and passionate voice has been heard by Global audiences for over 10 years. With a musical theatre background, and a family lineage of pop and rock power ballad singers, Andrew effortlessly entertains in a variety of music genres.
After moving from the US to Sydney in 2020, Andrew debuted his voice as Jamie Wellerstein in the musical The Last 5 Years. His career highlights include the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, and in front of thousands at La Malagueta, a bullring in Málaga, Spain. Now, Andrew is making a big splash in Sydney’s live music scene as the lead male vocalist of Tequila Mockingbird.
Inês Vaz de Sousa
Inês has been performing as a musician in Sydney for the past 15 years. Moreover, she is in high-demand, not only for her incredible vocal ability, but for her impressive stage presence. Recently, she came off Australian and New Zealand tours as an esteemed backing vocalist for Matt Corby and The Thundamentals. Notably, highlights of her career include singing “Chains” alongside Tina Arena to a crowd of 50,000 people at Splendour in the Grass. Through these experiences, Inês has truly honed her craft, becoming a versatile and accomplished singer.
In addition, she is a seasoned frontwoman for many of Sydney’s largest wedding and corporate events companies. Whether delivering sultry jazz, big 80’s pop ballads, or energetic dance tracks, Inês does it all with style and professionalism. Therefore, we’re thrilled to showcase her as our leading lady for Tequila Mockingbird.
