Right on the tip of the Peninsula of Church Point, lies The Pasadena Sydney. With breathtaking views of Pittwater bay, this prime waterfront location was the backdrop for Alex and Jess’ special day. Their wedding day was almost year ago. Here’s a celebratory look at their special dreamy Northern Beaches wedding. Happy Anniversary Alex and Jess!
THE CEREMONY
From a Kombi van converted bar, to the beautiful flower arrangements, all the finer details came together for this special day. The choice of Pastel colours brought out a contemporary feel and dream like quality to the day. Combine that with a perfect location like The Pasadena Sydney, and nothing more needed to be added for this picturesque, beachside wedding ceremony.
Our artist Joe Moore provided the soundtrack for Alex and Jess’ special day, with his smooth and eclectic vocals. The bridesmaids and Jess walked down the aisle to “You and Me” by Lifehouse.
During the signing of the register, the bride, groom and their guests were treated to soft acoustic renditions of “Wonderwall” by Oasis and “I’m with You” by Vance Joy.
Alex and Jess celebrated with their loved ones, ending their ceremony with a fun and unique version of “We Are Family by Sister Sledge.
THE RECEPTION
Vows exchanged. Registers signed. The tables were set. Out comes the champagne. Time to celebrate. Now, into the Pasadena Waterfront Restaurant for the reception. The bridal party walked in with “We Found Love” by Rhianna and Calvin Harris, and Alex and Jess were serenaded with “Came Here For Love” by Sigala for their entry.
A big day of formalities were sure to get the taste buds going. Our artist, Joe Moore provided some relaxed and easy-going tunes whilst guests enjoyed their mouth watering meals.
The bride and groom cut the wedding cake to Joe Moore singing Natalie Taylor’s version of “Latch”. This was followed by “Can’t Help Falling In Love” for the first dance.
Immediately following, Joe Moore turned into DJ for the evening starting with “Dancing On Our Own (Tiesto Version)” and the night was young!
